Katherine Dillard Gonzalez founded Ladder Logik in 2011 to foster relationships that enhance quality of life for community residents. Her experience engaging federal, state, and local government agencies provides a strong platform for advancing structural change and transforming service delivery practices. This work is grounded in strengthening organizational capacity to improve client outcomes, promote a culture of innovation, and drive systemic change.
In addition to her role as Founder and Principal Counsultant at Ladder Logik, Katherine also serves as a researcher with affilitations at the following institutions:
Over the past 20 years, Dr. Dillard Gonzalez has worked with government agencies and nonprofit organizations across the country through Ladder Logik and other roles. Her experience includes positions with the Texas Senate Research Center, UnidosUS, and the City of San Antonio Department of Human Services. She is fluent in Spanish for business communication and relationship building, and is proficient in reading and writing Spanish to develop reports and printed materials.
Dr. Dillard Gonzalez holds a Ph.D. in Public and Urban Policy from The New School in New York City. She also earned a Master’s degree in Administration with a concentration in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, and Bachelor’s degrees in Government and Mexican American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
