Katherine Dillard Gonzalez founded our practice to foster relationships that enhance the quality of life for community residents. Her experience engaging government agencies at the federal, state, and local level creates a platform to leverage structural change and shift service delivery practices. The intent is to strengthen organizational capacity to improve client outcomes, promote a culture of innovation, and encourage shifts in systemic practices.
Over the last 18 years, Dr. Dillard Gonzalez has worked with government agencies and non-profit organizations in many states across the country through Ladder Logik and other positions. Such positions were held in the following organizations: Texas Senate Research Center, UnidosUS, and the City of San Antonio Department of Human Services. She is able to speak Spanish fluently for business purposes and relationship building, as well as read and write to develop reports and printed material.
She holds a Ph.D. in Public and Urban Policy from The New School in New York City. In addition, she has a Master’s in Administration in Organizational Development from The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Government and Mexican American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
She maintains residence in San Antonio, Texas.
